- Screen you for your current interests with regard to employment, availability, experience and training. You will be determined an eligible employee for participants in the registry and asked to complete further surveys related to your specific registry data.
- Provide you with orientation with regard to employment by a Registry Participant.
- Assist you in completing your Participant match search. WQHCC staff are available to provide the level of support needed to complete a successful search.
- Assist you in review of your Search Results and coordinate interview and background review.
- Assist in coordinating individual employee hire and required paperwork. Supports can be provided related to development of training schedules and specific requirements.
- Provide ongoing support to the employer/employee relationship you have with the Registry Participants who employee you.
- Provide ongoing training, support and referral services as appropriate to assist in your provision of quality supports within the Long Term care industry.
- Advocate for high quality, appropriate and available services in Wisconsin.
*All individuals must pass a required criminal and employment background check before registering with the WQHCC registry
