- Screen you for your current care needs with regard to employee supports, in home care needs, frequency and training requirements. You will be determined an eligible employer for in home supports and asked to complete further surveys related to your specific registry data.
- Assist you in completing your Independent Provider search. WQHCC staff are available to provide the level of support needed to complete a successful search.
- Coordinate your payroll and employer agent services with the Financial Services Agency.
- Assist you in review of your Search Results and coordinate interview and background review.
- Assist in coordinating individual employee hire and required paperwork. Supports can be provided related to development of training schedules and specific requirements.
- Provide ongoing support to the employer/employee relationship you have with the Independent Providers whom you employee.
- Advocate for high quality, appropriate and available services in Wisconsin.
