WQHCC connects individuals interested in providing care with those needing care. These matches are made based on individual needs and characteristics. 

Frequently asked questionsWho can use the commission’s services?
Anyone in need of care or interested in providing care in Wisconsin can contact the commission to determine eligibility and the extent of services offered available to them. All caregivers and recipients must complete a screening process.

Does the WQHCC work for SEIU?
While collaboration does happen between WQHCC and SEIU, WQHCC is its own entity and operates separately from SEIU.
